Nelson Brothers was founded by two brothers, Anton and Nels. Nelson, Danish immigrants. Settling originally in Iowa, both brothers installed irrigation lines for the farming industry. The promise of higher pay working in the factories soon lured them to Detroit, Mi. Unhappy with factory life, both brothers began working in the evenings and on weekends
