Doug at the age of 19 went to work for a bath manufacturer where he was plant manager of the plant in Wildwood, GA. He soon left with the help from his dad they started Fox Enterprises out of his dad shop. Doug was offered his uncle manufacturing company Fox Whirlpool Bath with got Doug and his dad (Labron) into manufacturing their own Fox Products
