Ms. Sandra Butcher established The Dance Academy in 1973 and has been teaching in the metro Atlanta area for over forty years. She was a charter member and a feature dancer of the Clayton Civic Ballet Company for many years. Known to her students as Ms. Sandra, she has toured throughout the southeastern United States with various performing groups.
