The hotel is under new ownership and is gradually getting some improvements. We have put in new windows on the upper floor, new roof, and fresh paint on the outside. We were impressed with the size of the suites for we had never been in the Goodrich and we have lived in Vale since 1977. There are six suites on the upper floor.
