Katy Blum began her yoga journey in San Francisco, CA in 2003 after giving birth to her first child. Hoping to find balance as she transitioned into motherhood she studied yoga, meditation, and was trained in Energy Healing. Katy discovered that her practices encouraged a deeper connection with herself, others, and beyond.
