Your child's dental care is very important to their development. We know visiting the dentist for the first time can be scary. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends an oral health consultation as soon as your child's first tooth comes in or by their first birthday at the latest.

Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.
Sealants are a great way to protect against tooth decay and cavities on your back teeth (molars). These are the teeth that are most vulnerable to cavities and decay because they are used in the chewing process, and are the most difficult to reach and clean. Molars first come in at around 5-7 years of age, with a second set coming in between the ages of 11-14.

I scheduled an appointment for my three sons on January 11, we get there and the office is overcrowded more people than there should be. One of my sons gets called back 45 minutes goes by nothing has been done and they’re saying that it’s a two hour to three hour wait. If they’re understaffed they shouldn’t schedule that many appointments. I understand That the office was under stuff but they shouldn’t schedule that many appointments if they can’t handle it.

I wish I could say my son's last experience at this office was a pleasant one but unfortunately it wasn't. When they put the sealants in on his molars, they left the surface so rough he almost cut his tongue.
And the time before that the feeling they did literally came out within a day and they made me make an APPOINTMENT, to fix their mistake.
When I first started bringing my son's here 3 years ago I never had a problem but just recently within the last year we've had more issues. I like the convenience and they're late hours but their bedside manner with children just isn't worth it. Sadly

So far the customer service and quality of service has been great. The only thing I would recommend changing is how they advise the parents of info or ask questions about the pt, it is all done in the waiting room among other pt's, I really do not like that. Everone sitting there listens, I understand that it's just about teeth but I still don't want everyone to hear my kids personal info.

I do not recommend this company, they are soooo frustrating to deal with! I moved away from Arizona a year ago but while I lived there I used them for dental and braces and if I could have Changed to a new dentist for braces I would have before I moved because they always messed up insurance as well as appointments. After we moved they called us to schedule SOOOO MANY TIMES I kept telling them we moved across the country but they called for at least 6 months. Also I have not been able to get my kids into a orthodontist in our new state because they are REFUSING to send over the kids's records

I was very pleased taking my daughter Adrina here the dentist came out as well as an assistant and let me know what work will need to be done. Although parents can’t go back, there are huge windows where you can stand and watch your babies get work done. My daughter was very happy as well & received a toothbrush and a ballon all my daughters will be going here.

They do not allow parents to go into the back with our own children. I will not be returning, and do not recommend this dentist.. A parent should never be told that they cannot be next to thier child for a dental check up. This is not a surgery.. Also, the staff were all downcast and somber. The physical environment is child friendly like cute wall murals and decorative but, the staff is not. Let's remember this can be scary for kids especially being alone without there parents. The staff should be more friendly.

I recently took my 3 kids for a check up and all I can say is it was UNBELIEVABLE and don’t think I would be returning. My two older ones were taken back first and then I went back with my baby. As I was walking towards the back,there was a cluster of kids all over the hall way and there was barley any space for me to walk through. I will be taking matters through my hands and be contacting OSHA, for everyone’s safety!!!!

This place surely purchased these reviews. I took both my children to this dentistry & they had the nerve to call my child misbehaved because she was fearful of treatment. Two dentists were "unable" to work with my child because she was uncomfortable. The first time they said her cavity wasn't too bad & to just brush better. 6 months later they said she needs a crown. Because of their negligence & laziness my child still has not received treatment because they truly do NOT know how to treat children. It feels like a pediatric dental mill, (you know, like pill mills)...unlike other dentists, the parents are not allowed to accompany their children into the appointment...therefore we are unable to know what services were performed, if any. They return your child to you with nothing to say. I've brought my 6 and 2 year old girls here a few times. This last time we went, my girls had a cleaning. My 6 year old still had plaque on her teeth when we got home, and that got me really questioning...

Called on the way there to let them know we were 15 mins late (called *prior* to appointment time) the operator said they wouldn't see us. Did I want to reschedule?
Um, no. This is for kids, and they think +/- 15 is a problem. No wonder so many bad reviews. (Esp since you know I was going to have to wait for 45 until the ortho saw us.)

I have all my children going here, and I haven't had any issues staff is kind and informative also they are open late which is great for working parents. Cat was amazing! she saw my daughter iin distress after getting some work done and was quick to offer some face painting for my little girl which put a huge smile to her face! I even had my other child with me and she did some art on her hand, due to covid-19 no face but still as great!

We had taken our daughter here for her first cleaning and check-up, and it was fine. I thought the policy where parents couldn't go back with their kids was a little weird, but it's obviously in place because instead of separate offices, there is one giant room where several kids can be attended to at once, and they don't want it crowded with parents or have a bunch of adults near kids who aren't their own, watching their teeth get cleaned. Ok. I thought the little portholes

Six month check-up for the 12 year old. Thankfully, this location is close to the house and they have extended hours. My oldest one was a patient. Now, my youngest one has been a patient for several years. Throughout the changes in the practice, they've always been good to the kids. The movies playing on the TV's help with distracting the kids. My daughter said so, anyway. Covered by most insurance and reasonably priced.

This place is a joke! I'm positive the dentist here are not certified doctors! My son had cavities put in which are now falling out. One of the cavities fell out a few months later and they felt they should charge me. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They stated they would research my issue and call back! Never received a call! Parents don't waste your time or money!

7th Street/Baseline location is staffed with employees who take no time to read over a patient file and could care less about patient. We came in for a temp. fix on my sons front teeth that was chipped. They fixed them there before and we had no problem paying to get them fixed again. We understood temporary and it could fall off. I made sure when booked the appointment I explained the issue and was told he was up for a cleaning also, which I said was fine we could get it done as well. Then at the appointment they said they could do everything except the temp fix because dentist wasn't in

I took my child here for a quick cleaning before braces as our regular dentist was not available. First let me say the staff was friendly and helpful. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that parents are not allowed back with the children. You are advised to look through the glass if you would like to see your child. The Dentist never comes out to speak with you. Even after I expressed my concerns to staff he never came out.
