My first treatment, years ago, was a pain free root canal. Having had a root canal before, I expected there would be some pain, once the numbing wore off. To my shock there was none. Never needed any pain medication at all. I was so impressed, I bragged to everyone I knew. To my surprise they all said they were looking for a good dentist and wanted Dr. J's phone number. Three of my family members eventually went and then made Dr. J their permanent dentist.

I want to rave about Dr J and his staff! They are absolutely wonderful! They are warm, friendly, and superbly trained. Their speed, efficiency, and precision are unparalleled! I have been going to their Phoenix office for years now, but recently I needed bridge work done. It was a complicated procedure because of the arrangement of my teeth and the length of the bridge. Dentist office is super easy to find ,it is in a strip mall with plenty of parking.From the outside doesn´t look like a high end expensive dentist office ,the waiting area is functional but not a luxury setting like some OVER PRICED dentists I have been to in the past ,the entire office was clean ,it is more like a nice running Toyota Corolla than a new Mercedes ,so this was right up my alley.They take emergency patients,most insurance plans and their prices are MUCH LESS than other dentists yet the work here is great , they get you in as soon as possible.I wished I had come here four years ago

Got my front teeth filled and fixed today and the whole experience was amazing the Dentist was super patient with me seeing as I have anxiety, they took they're time to let me relax and were very reassuring the whole time asking if I was okay, id recommend you go here ive already told my partner and mother to go there and they said they would thank you to the Dentist 🙌🏽

Worst dental experience I've ever had service wise and they tried to charge me over $600 for a "deep cleaning", I refused to pay that much, but they still charged my insurance that much. The service I got was poor, painful, and may have damaged my tooth enamel. The office was dirty and staff was unprofessional. I will not return here.

It has been sometime since I visited a dental office. I came in to get an exam and cleaning, the front office was very welcoming and nice. Dr. Omar and Dr. J were consummate professionals who went above and beyond to not only do a wonderful job but were absolutely transparent and kind as well. I would recommend coming in for any dental work and especially if you have no idea if you need dental work. They will be very honest and up front with you. 💯

The other day I went for a walk-in and I was greeted by the nicest lady in the front! I believe her name was Inez? And there was another girl too whose name I can't remember with blue eyes. Apparently they are closed on Tuesdays but Inez was very quick to schedule me for another day. We conversed a little and I told a few jokes which were terrible but they laughed anyways. Definitely a welcoming environment!

I chipped a tooth and went in to get it fixed, was told by the dentist that the only option was to get it either taken out or filled, after paying out of pocket to get the tooth filled, I then came in a week after with pain, I came in to get it checked and another dentist told me that the the dentist I originally saw told me I was supposed to get a root canal, which wasn't what I was told the first time after paying a large amount for the filling. Needles to say I lost complete trust after that experience and went to 2 other doctors to find out that I did need a root canal for that tooth.

Dr. Nordean is wonderful!!!!! His assistants are too. My 24 year old son has some issues and terrible teeth. He was so comfortable with Dr. Nordean and his staff that he was able to get him into the office and do some work. After 3 root canals and an extraction, there were no complications. If I didn't find Tempe Dental Center, I think my son would have lost many teeth. The critic I have, which is not a bad thing, is that you have to ask Dr. Nordean all your questions, because sometimes he thinks we just know everything. He will answer all the questions, just ask!
