Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person's ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if it is lost or stolen. As veterinary medicine is increasingly employing expensive medical techniques and drugs, and owners have higher expectations for their pet's health care and standard of living than previously, the market for pet insurance has increased.

Im new to Morganton and reached out because of the positive reviews. I was told they were booking 5 weeks out, I said it was fine, I just need to get my dog established with a veterinarian because he is prone to cysts. I was asked if my dog was up-to date on vaccines, he was so the woman told me a 30 min appointment would be all we needed, she booked my appointment for 1430. I showed up at 1420 called and was told I missed my appointment it was at 1400. Then she stated well we allow 15mins before having to reschedule. I explained to her my appointment was at 1430 and my dog activity has a cyst

My puppy is a new patient to them and he felt comfortable to walk with them inside no problems. My puppy is a mommas boy and wont walk away from me, when he was done they brought him out and he was happy no issues. They are very informative and detailed about what was done what is needed and their pricing is acceptable.

Dr. Dunning and his entire staff have been wonderful taking care of our sweet doggy with cancer for the last year. We came to him after thoroughly researching vets. He treated our Mak as if he was the only dog in the world at the moment. They were compassionate, caring and knowledgeable along the entire journey. I felt they actually listened to us compared to previous vets. Looking forward to seeing them for our future vet needs with our other pets!
