GTR Companies began from humble begins in 1967 by George H. Thomas Jr., a retired officer from the United States Air Force. George H. Thomas' dream was to help people in his own community own their own home which would be a first for many in local area. To achieve this dream he established the George H. Thomas Real Estate Company Inc.

We are also willing to preview houses for you and take you on a virtual tour of properties that may be of interest to you.

Kathy & Cameron are wonderful to work with. At our initial meeting they should up with extensive research and knowledge on the market in our area. They listened to our concerns and needs and came up with a plan that met all of them. Our house was posted beautifully on the flyers and all listing venues. I didn’t have to worry about the details of selling my home. I was relocating to another state and I didn’t know how i was going to get everything handled. They assured me that they would take care of everything, and they DID! They checked on my home after a storm, changed the furnace filter and adjusted the thermostat when needed. Any questions that i had, were answered promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a landlord, utilizing either website or phone I can get management help promptly. They are courteous. They work well with any extra companies I choose (outside the already available normal help they utilize within the company businesses.) In the few instances I was not pleased, the company was calm, responsive and took action and we have continued to feel our properties are in good hands.
