Extraordinary, exceptional, and outstanding describe today’s (15 April 2021) cleaning and painting of our metal roof by Britt’s Roofing Company. Found through Angie’s List review, I requested a quote from Britt’s. I received a call within an hour from Britt, setting up an evaluation soonest -- the next day. Britt personally made a thorough inspection, demonstrating genuine competence, the highest technical skills, and superb customer service. We received a proposal later that day that we accepted as the price was most fair and very competitive.

My husband and I purchased a 1938 cape code in Arlington with an original slate roof. We had it inspected, and needed a few repairs done. Britt was honest and told us we didn't need to complete the repairs right away, but needed to address them in the next four months. He came out same day at no charge. Other companies wanted to charge me $225. His quote also came in much lower than I expected.

We called Britts Roofing and several other contractors to take a look out our roof. After the 2018 monsoon season, we had lost a few shingles and developed a minor leak. Unlike everyone else who told us we needed to replace the entire roof, these guys said we could replace it, but also suggested we would be fine with a few relatively small repairs to some singles and the flashing. They showed up on time as promised, finished promptly, and we are ready for whatever spring brings us this year. Highly recommend.

These guys are wonderful. Came out just now, unasked, and went up the ladder to the row house roof to confirm was resealed a couple years ago. I lost all paperwork and am selling. The roof was done perfectly and this kind of willingness to help means these people need to be in your contact list under R for roofer. I don't impress easily and I'm really impressed.
