Lyons Contracting was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called to set up an appointment and met with Thomas Petrilli to get a quote. From the very beginning, Tom was super friendly and walked me through the process. I spoke with him about some damage to our chimney and he recommended another company that also ended up being completely hassle free. He gave a fair price and in hindsight it's a deal once you factor how smooth everything went.
When the crew arrived to install the new architectural shingles and gutter covers, they were friendly and very professional. Someone was on the ground constantly

First class operation. Based on a recommendation from a friend, Tom replaced our roof a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the experience. It looks beautiful and has stayed in great shape for several years. Very responsive and great customer service. I don't think we'll need another roof anytime soon, but I would 100% recommend Tom to a friend or family member in the area.

Every interaction with Tom and the team was outstanding. He arrived on time when he came out to provide a quote. He asked questions to inform his proposal, ultimately offering a proposal that address our specific needs without trying to over sell us on unnecessary items or more than what we wanted. This is the second first class experience I have had with Tom and Lyons Contracting. He saved the day on my 90 year old row house in Old Town and just replaced my roof and parapet flashing on my 1970's townhouse in Annandale. Top quality, expert installation, good price and no follow up needed. Great company to do business with all around.
