In the event that your pet should become sick while boarding, we will attempt to contact you. NO, do not treat my pet as necessary until you contact me. Medications to be administered: if pet is on medication and this section is not completed, they may not be given. All boarding pets are required to be current on vaccinations and have had a negative intestinal parasite check within the last6 months.

My cat, Luna has been going to Deer Ridge ever since she was 8 weeks old, she’s now around 6. The staff at Deer Ridge are extremely compassionate and kind to both owners and their patients. They give their honest professional input, advice and deeply care. I’ve never had any issues with the staff and customer service and they really ensure that my cat is healthy and provide the medical treatment they think she needs. They are sweet and gentle with her too! Thank you Deer Ridge for being faithful, kind and honest.

I had been wanting to move my dogs to deer ridge for a while listening to my mom rave about them and their heartguard shot was something that really interested me! My mom told me about them running a dental… special for August. I knew my time to move them there was now as my approximately 6 year old Dalmatian Loki needed his teeth done very badly or they would rot out of his head left untreated. Way overdue grooming appointment with Jody! Turns out I had the wrong day....Jody graciously took my two schnoodles in and promised she would try to work them in if she could. She did, and they were ready before I expected...they look EXACTLY as I directed the trim...Jody is calm, sweet and kind and the kids come home looking spiffy! Service with a smile! Deer Ridge always ensures that our pets are getting the absolute best care. Our dog, Cinder, had heartworms last year, and this year our cat, Jazz, has been having a lot of complications with a rare disease called FHS. They have been so attentive, willing to answer any questions or concerns, and have even gone home and researched Jazzy’s specific needs for this rare disease. They are so friendly, affordable, helpful, and always willing to help in any way we can. I can’t recommend Deer Ridge enough.

So very thankful for the vets and staff at deer ridge. A special shout out to Terri. She literally saved the life of our puppy today. Our puppy Naulie had a bad reaction to the anesthesia after her surgery today and without her quick response and love Naulie would not be here. We can never thank you enough!!!
