Many dog owners admire the unique looks and personalities of purebreds, but also worry about the fate of millions of pets euthanized each year. What many people don't realize is that there are specific breed rescue organizations for almost every breed of dog, placing dogs in need to new homes. If you're thinking of getting a pet fish, you should know that your veterinarian has a lot of good advice about pet ownership.
Veterinary care is crucial and effective for a wide variety of conditions. The following is a partial list of some of the most common. If you do not see your pet's specific condition listed, we encourage you to give us a call so we can personally address your particular concerns.

The most common type of arthritis is osteoarthritis which can be due to wear and tear on joints from over use, aging, injury, or from an unstable joint such as which occurs with a ruptured ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) in the knee.Leptospirosis is a serious, life-threatening disease caused by a spiral shaped bacteria.
Over 85% of dogs and cats have some type of periodontal disease. Periodontal disease simply means that the gums and bone that hold the teeth in place are being destroyed by oral bacteria. This preventable disease is the number one diagnosed disease in our pets, yet many animals suffer needlessly. Bloat and gastric torsion is a serious condition and your pet should be rushed to the emergency room if this occurs.

Dropped my little hex off to be neutered at 8am. I just got a new phone and had accidentally give them a wrong number. I didn’t realize that until it was around 5:15pm when I hadn’t received a call from them yet that hex was done. Wasn’t too worried because online it says they close at 6 pm.
So I start to head there and as I try to open the door they have already closed. It’s only 5:30! Turns out they close at 5:30 not 6. Very upset that no one called my emergency number or even my old number which I still have.
The rudest part was Kora watching my gf break down and cry because now we

I was very disappointed at the lack of attention that we and our cat received. I was told that kiki needed her eye removed, I then asked what test that doctor hiring performed as he came up with that diagnosis the medical assistant said he didn't do a test he has lots of years experience he just knows what to look for. Well good news everyone is Kiki eye looks very well, it's healing up nicely. I increased her protein intake as you well know promotes healing. I also was told that Kiki got her first dose of pain medicine as well as antibiotics while she was at the clinic got there to find out that

We have been coming here ever since moving to Cape and have never had anything but the best care for our family of (way too many) animals. From routine check ups to major surgery, we have been grateful for the quality of medicine and professionalism of staff. They never try to sell us unnecessary items, and always treat us exceptionally.

I have taken my pets to cape small animal clinic for a little over a year. The staff is generally friendly and it is a clean and nice facility. However, recently my kitten was brought in to be neutered. The surgical procedure was fine and he’s recovering great, but when I dropped him off I told the technician my new phone number. Got a new one a few days ago. I accidentally said one of the digits wrong. She tells me between 2-5 we’ll give you a call. Around 3pm (I work night shift) I woke up and no call. I didn’t think too much of it because she said until 5. I checked my old phone because

They saved my cats life. And the staff was very sweet and supportive through his amputation. Will recommend them to anyone who has a fur baby that is dear to their hearts.
