I’ve used this vet off and on for years, and I’ve gotten inconsistent care. As long as the issue is routine with low involvement, it’s fine. If it’s more complicated, you NEED to go somewhere else. Unfortunately Dr. Strothers cannot communicate with patients due to a stroke, which means they only have Dr. Moore to handle anything beyond routine care, and that’s only when she’s available to consult.

I am so glad to have found this vet, I live an hour and 15 minutes away from the vet and there’s really no vets near me that deal with birds. I finally came across this place on google when my green cheek conure broke her leg, I called several vets, some told me they wouldn’t see my bird since she had never seen a vet or had any exams in the past 12 months, I called 24 hour emergency vets who told me they couldn’t work with birds, I was almost at an end and didn’t know what to do for my bird and I found this place, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, smiling, nice, dedicated

This was the only vet who was willing to care for my pet bird. We drove for about four hours, trying to find anyone who would at least see my bird, and we ended up finding this place.
I'm very grateful to Dr. Moore and the other staff here, everyone was so kind and I knew my baby would be in excellent care.
I would recommend this vet to anyone who needs to get care for a pet bird.

Earlier today I had figured out my rabbit was very ill, and was stoked to finally be pointed into the direction of a place with professional rabbit experience! This all happened so suddenly, so I didn't have an appointment, yet they still managed to squeeze me in! Although I had to put my rabbit down, the vet and the employees showed much empathy for my loss. I would %100 recommend this place to anyone. They were extremely professional, the doctor really knew what she was talking about. I believe i'll be back soon to be sure this same thing doesn't happen to my other rabbit.

This veterinary office is simply the very best I have ever used they are promoted and friendly not just to your pet but they are there for us hums too I losted 4 of my babies in 1 yr mind you I had all but one many yrs and they cried with me and helped me greive over them was here day and night when I needed them !
Now we have a new baby in our family and as always right here for us girlygirl ( Rosie) time to be spayed and so far no problems she's healing great and is going be another great part of my life this place I will always be thankful for to all of you who work here thk u so very much
