I walked in and told the receptionist that I had a dog that I feared had a blockage. I also told her I was a new patient and that my regular vets office was on COVID lockdown. She looked at me and told me they were full of appointments and that they would try to work me in. It wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. So, I thanked her and left! I went to Lee’s Veterinary Hospital and they were kind and compassionate!! They took her right in and she will be having surgery later today! The last thing someone with a sick dog needs to be hit with is an uncaring receptionist!

My first occasion to visit Cullman Veterinary Clinic was in the mid 90’s at their location on West Main (just before Newman’s Cleaners) with my awesome Great Dane, Greta. Dr. Kessler followed Greta her entire life. She offered to come to my home for her final visit. The care Greta received from Dr. Kessler as well as the rest of the staff was beyond reproach. Fast forward to the present and I was so glad to see Doc Williamson walk through the door both times our cats needed initial care. Again, due to the excellent care received, our cats continue with Cullman Veterinary Hospital. Kudos to
