Services
HCBR is a limited liability corporation owned and operated by Chris and Jennifer Monroe. HCBR's staff of full-time, cross-trained employees uses refined billing practices to effectively track and manage claims and accounts with great efficiency. Jennifer Monroe has worked in the field of practice management and medical claims billing since 1992.
We follow each charge through its full-circle process. Each Monday, our courier will visit your office, picking up your records from the prior week. These records will include billing data, all insurance EOB's and all payments (patient and insurance), because these will be mailed directly to you. We then get to work entering all charges and payments for each patient and file your insurance claims electronically.
We are an affordable and comprehensive billing alternative for medical providers. We evolve with the healthcare industry and use our expertise, technology and innovation to meet our providers' insurance and patient billing needs. We research your unpaid claims. It is inevitable in the billing process that some claims will not get processed correctly or paid in a timely fashion.
