We used Senior Home Assistance for more than five years. The one good thing they did was to connect us to Jessica who was Mom's best caregiver. Otherwise the office was mostly unhelpful. The icing on the cake was that after using their services for 5 1/2 years and spending over $175,000 with them, they didn't even send a note or a card of condolence or thanks when Mom passed away. What a sorry company...I advise both workers and potential customer to look somewhere else.
