This place is an absolute joke! We were just there and waited for hours for my mother to get chest x-rays that turned into getting an ultrasound on her leg, and who knows whatever else. I hate hospitals and refuse to go to them at all costs. Much rather go to an urgent care. No to mention a lady had puked all over the floor and not one nurse, janitor or receptionist bothered cleaning it. But I’m sure they all get that money they “work” for.

This place is absolutely horrendous. My mother went in for a CT scan and waited hours. Also while that was happening, she sat with an IV in her hand attached to NO fluids at all. Busy or not, this should not have happened at all. And I am very displeased.
This place should be shut down for their negligence for their patients. If I could file a complaint, I most definitely would, save your money and your life and go somewhere else.

My oldest nephew was involved in an accident, where a zero turn lawn mower rolled over while he was taking it off a trailer. When we got to the ER. The three women at the check in station were to busy chatting with one another to even acknowledge us. After a minute or two I said that's a great story could you do your job now, and check us in. At that point two walked away and the third told me she wasn't clocked in yet. The triage nurse, was rude and spiteful. And sent people with skint knees in front of him. And then I overheard him and servral others making fun of him, and me for trying to get

While the Super Bowl, malls, stores, and restaurants are packed to the gills, I am not allowed to attend my wife’s baby appointments. I am never going to see the ultrasounds, hear the heartbeat, or ask questions about the birth. I understand the idea of being cautious, but, they allow people to literally lay on the floor and pack the ER waiting room full but will not allow a father to a baby appointment. Leaving 3 stars because the employees are better than fort sanders, but management sucks for sure.
