The apartment is good. Everything is well cared for and everything feels new. Maintenance is *excellent*. Office staff is great. Neighbors are friendly but not too friendly.
The tap water from Stoughton, however, often smells like you opened a bottle of bleach for the white wash. When I fill a jug for my water filter, the chlorine actually affects my EYES. I’m sure it’s legal, I don’t taste bleach. But it’s actually MILDLY burning my eyes and throat from breathing it in as I stand at the kitchen sink, filling the jug. How often? Once a week.

Leasing agent Jeff was great, very clean and good prices. Even though I wasn’t interested In moving right away, Jeff still made the appointment with me and showed me around and it made the experience even better. They were upfront with the pricing and didn’t leave out any detail. I can’t wait until I’m ready to move here. I can’t see myself living nowhere else but here! Very close to shopping areas and overall convenient, Thank you guys!! They also have a washer and dryer in each unit which is an absolute plus. Really looking forward to growing with my family here soon!

Great, reasonable, responsive management. Great, responsive, friendly maintenance. Upscale landscaping & care for the grounds.
Neighbors are quiet & friendly.
They keep everything inside the apartment in good condition via regular inspections. Sometimes the inspections get to be a little irritating, but they’re why they property is in great condition.
Heat & AC work 100%.
The only negative is that local traffic significantly lengthens the trip to 93 and 95 during rush hour.
Apartments have only one exit door. That one door opens to the cold outside - these are “Florida style” apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! New management is money hungry and cares only about ripping people off. I moved in a couple of years ago and the management then was kind, caring and very opened. Now a new manager took over and is extremely money hungry and really could careless about their tenents and issues that are in the complex it's self. I've decided to move out and the new management is charging me RIDICULOUS fees and stated that they charged me extra because "they need to hire people to deep clean my apartment ( you would think they would do that anyways but they could care less about the cleanliness
