I very much love my new apartment. But I had a few questions . I’m kind of a shy persons and it takes me a minute to warm up to new people so I was afraid to ask you in the leasing office . But am I aloud to put up led strip lights on my walls ? I had them in my previous home and I thought they were really cool but I didn’t want to put them up with confirmation from you …

We lived here for 2 months in a 2-bed fully furnished apartment. There was covered parking and the common areas were kept clean. Huge perk to have an elevator, which was handy when carrying in/out belongings and groceries.

Highly recommend the Canton Woods complex. Erin, Kathleen, and the maintenance staff are super friendly and attentive. Ample amenities, unit space, and easy access to the conservatory for nature walks. Received alot of compliments from visitors about the bay window and bar height tiered kitchen counters. Only moving to relocate for work.

Canton woods is a fun and a mind relaxing place to reside. I reside here over ten years. During my time here the leasing office have been very nice and very understanding especially in this unprecedented time. Of course I could never forget the maintenance guys they are outstanding. Thanks guys for a pleasant place to live!👍😊

I had the best day today. I was in a big mess, went into my rental office to see if I could get help. The manager of the property Regina, came through for me and help me out 100 percent. I just want to say she saved me from all of my frustration. I really appreciate the help she gave me. I even ask her can i give her a hug and she said oh yes. Each time I go into the rental office and ask for any kind of help, there is always someone there to help me, always. I just want to give a big thanks to everyone: Regina, Kathleen, Carlos Mike, and the young lady I just met today Michelle. If I missed anyone

Great apartment building with great building staff. I wish I could’ve continued to live there but family issues caused me to move.
This apartment is so welcoming to everyone and every family pet.
Amazing amenities (pool, gym, etc.) great snow plowing during the winter, package deliveries. Just a great place all around.

I have been living in this community for 3 years now. I have build a great relationship with Regina and Kathleen in the office and I go to them with any problems I have. Them and Mike (Maintenance) make sure they fix anything or help me with anything I need. They have painted and put new floors in each building and it looks amazing. I highly recommend taking a tour/ moving into Canton Woods, also- great school system and there are a lot of great kids in this community!

I visited Canton Woods twice this week to see what they had to offer, and I met with the Property Manager, Regina. I had a wonderful time touring the complex. Regina was welcoming, attentive, and gracefully answered many of my questions. During the tours, we ran into several residents who she knew on a first name basis, and they seemed very fond of her! They have a beautiful community room that can be rented for functions, a cute outdoor pool, a fitness center, and some apartments have fire places. Overall it seems like a very nice community.

My husband and I moved into Canton Woods in the fall and we absolutely love it! Our property manager is professional, kind and very helpful. Although issues are rare, whenever there are issues she deals with them immediately. Maintenance is beyond kind and always go above and beyond. We love living here! Our apartment is cozy, and all our neighbors are beyond pleasant.

I lived at Canton Woods, f/k/a "Windsor Woods" from 2012 through 2015. Initially, I would have given the property 2 stars, but it continued to decline after the first year. The property was sold to Lincoln Properties after my first year and it became "Canton Woods." This is where the steep decline started! I'm told the property is even worse today! My 3 major complaints were as follows:
1) The water bill is a scam - truly! After living there for 3 weeks, the leasing office called me and explained they were concerned about my water usage. I was confused and realized

I hate living here. Paying way too much to live here & not even including utilities. Every night sounds like a zumba class is happening in the apartment above. Complaints have been made and not a thing has changed. Terribly run and the worst type of people to be stuck in an apt complex with. Totally recommend it if you qualify for section 8 housing though.. They'll take great care of you here.

I would never move back in here. Walls are paper thin. I can hear exactly what my neighbors are watching on their television from my bedroom. I can hear their alarm go off in the early morning hours. There is one dumpster in the very back of the complex which fills up quickly, and have to walk all your trash from the front complex. Parking is always an issue. The complex is off of a main road which is nearly impossible to get out of in the mornings.

I went for a tour at Windsor Woods this week, and was a little less than thrilled.

The complex is off of a major road, which makes it great for commuters. We pulled up and found it tucked behind an auto broker's lot, and across from a quarry. Not exactly the classy environment I'd expected, but not a deal breaker.

There was a school bus unloading kids out front when we got there. I'd say that's a definite plus if you have young children, as they'll have classmates and friends to play with, just by the benefit of renting here.
