North Stoughton Village is a great place to live. Management is awesome Maintenance is great. They just basically rebuilt the Community. Put On new roofing, brand new windows, brand new doors, brand new pavement, brand new asphalt, brand new rugs in the hallways, brand new painted walls, brand new Landscaping, and refurbished swimming pool. And most of all no rodents no roaches. Do I need to go on.My experience here has been excellent.

Hello, I have lived at North Stoughton Village apartment complex for over four years. I recently moved in with family in an effort to downsize and save. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at North Stoughton Village and have no complaints. Over the years, the maintenance team was very responsive and respectful when I had issues with my apartment and took care of repairs in an expedient way. The management office always listened to my concerns and followed through in a quick and responsive way when there was problem. When my financial situation changed and funds became limited the to unemployment,

My experience with the current maintenance staff has been awesome. Thay have made accommodations for me and attended to every request in timley manner & at my conveinence. In addition, thay have always set my expectations properly. Times when things were ordered and/or being delivered, maintenance conveyed information correctly and timley in every instance to date.

Not a good place to live. Management gives preferential treatment to that one tenant who seems to be mentally ill and also very miserable. They allow him to harass other tenants and then side with him. The place had become very toxic, so I had to move out. Please look else where if you are looking for a place to leave

I don't live here but I took a tour of the place and I would love to but it's a smoke free community. I'm not just going to send my friends away to vape or have a cigarette in the winter time. They won't even let you smoke or vape on your balcony. Also the room I was looking at had an nasty smell to it.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. It has Horrible maintenance service. Also Horrible leasing office representatives. Didn't even last a whole year I broke my lease because the place was full of bugs, when you tried to report something broken they never fixed it. And when I terminated my lease, I paid for a month I wasn't even living there, and then 6 months later they send me to collections saying they never received payment which was an outrageous and absolute lie. They wrongfully tried to charge me for furniture that was left by the dumpster just because I was moving, and happened to
