Michael, a graduate of University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, has been practicing in Marin and Sonoma Counties for over 35 years. Michael has earned an outstanding reputation as an attorney experienced in his litigation and transactional practice.

Mike has been a major participant in the political, cultural and business growth of Sonoma County over the past four decades. In addition to Mike's esteemed law career, he was instrumental on numerous boards and committees, co-founded a commercial bank, and currently owns A.M. Properties with his wife Maureen.

The police dropped my case before it reached court thanks to the help of Conor and MAJ Law. I was told by other solicitors that I would be charged with drug driving and lose my licence and there was nothing I could do. MAJ Law took over and forced the police to drop my case due to mistakes made. I don't have to go to court now and will not get banned. Thank you MAJ Law.

After being stopped by the police and failing a road side swab, I was arrested and taken to a police station where I was required to provide a sample of blood to be tested at a laboratory.
I failed to provide the required sample due to a needle phobia. I explained my phobia to the police and the medical practitioner at the police station.
The police didn’t think my needle phobia was a reasonable excuse for failing to provide a blood sample and I was subsequently charged with failing to provide a blood sample without a reasonable excuse.
I contacted MAJ Law after my release. The solicitors

I contacted MAJ Law with a tricky case. I was pulled over, drug swabbed (positive for cannabis) and then expected to provide a specimen of blood at the station.
I wasn’t able to provide this, on genuine medical grounds. I have a needle phobia. The police dismissed these grounds as irrelevant and charged me for failure to provide a specimen of blood upon request. I knew this would lead to a mandatory 18 month ban.
MAJ Law were great start to finish; they were able to put me in touch with a physiatrist who specialised in phobia’s. She was able to examine me and produce a favourable expert report

Placed an enquiry online and the very next morning someone got in contact with me to run through the charges against me and what services they could provide to help my case against these charges.
There is a fixed fee to undertake the case, but this is all explained upfront and the professional advice and responsiveness I got from the staff I dealt with (especially Olivia) was absolutely fantastic and I felt very confident in my choice of representation.
If I was ever unfortunate enough to be in need of motoring solicitors again, I would use MAJ Law in a heartbeat.

My experience with this firm has been very disappointing. I found my attorney Michael Fish to be more concerned about receiving his fees and keeping a good relationship with the opposing council rather than representing me as he promised he should.I had to push for every step forward and filings were always last minute or not at all. He never finished the case fully and I did not receive items I was awarded from my ex by the judge. He did not represent well in court which cost me money and personal items. He stopped returning my calls and emails when he was tired of the case and had very little

I have recently used MAJ law to act on my behalf - I won't go into all the details but I had a good case to plea not guilty. I've had a hard time with all the uncertainty regarding what was going to happen/how long it would take.
