Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and founded by Brian Baniqued in 1991 Baniqued Realtors and it's affiliates including Baniqued Commercial Real Estate (BCRE) are well known for being an independent real estate brokerage with a reputation of assisting our clients in all of their individual, family and business goals.
All assets and portfolios are fully underwritten prior to our client presentations in order to assure financial feasibility from both the client and the lenders standpoint. Our in depth analysis includes careful audit of all tenant's lease terms and rates historical profit and loss balance sheets to confirm and adjust initial asset analysis.

In contrast to some of the other reviews, my experience in working with this company was negative. I worked with a buyer's agent employed by Baniqued. During the house search process they seemed to provide information that upon further review and research with experts turned out to be frequently incorrect. Some of the advice provided at times put us in stressful situations, which I definitely would love to not be put in had I known better. I would definitely not state that they have 'your best interest at heart' and would advise to do your own research if working with them.

From the minute we met him, we were impressed with how personable and professional Brian Baniqued is. He worked tirelessly to help us find the right home for our family. He is knowledgable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and provided invaluable advice while we were house-hunting.
