Here at Encinitas Dental Wellness, we are excited to be able to accept CareCredit, which is a credit card that is accepted at many dental clinics. CareCredit is really helpful in emergencies. Most emergency clinics accept Care Credit so be sure to keep your card in case you have an emergency after hours.

I came in at the end of November to start the procedure, I arrived noticing that the staff were not known to me. A member of staff who introduced herself as the office manager presented me with a clip board with the breakdown of the procedure. The office provides No privacy, you hear everything going on, so if you're afraid of drill, that noise certainly doesn't ease your fears! I came for my appointment i accidentally passed them and had to turn around and as soon as I pulled up they called again saying i couldn't be seen because I was12 minutes late, and to come back at 3:30 pm I did that and still waited over 15 minutes after the appointment time to be seen! While sitting in the chair I could hear them racking up the price of the services other patients would need. I'm writing this review from the chair! I won't be getting anything

So clean, so friendly, and so educational. I was (and am still) raving about how amazing my experience was with the staff, Dr. Gill, and Grant. They were so helpful and detailed with me and my game plan but in an enjoyable and friendly manor. I have been going to the same dentist for 10+ years because I’m extremely picky and I deeply trust them so I wasn’t sure what I was in for and this team blew me away. I walked out with a sparkling smile and a game plan that I feel so great about!

For me going to the dentist is scary for reasons of pain and financials. The level of customer service here is impeccable. The staff in the front are caring and easy to talk to. They empathize with your financial concerns and give you options to best fit your care needs. They aren't too pushy with treatment plans and let you know what is critical and what can wait. The two dentists I have met were very easy going and attentive.

They’re just trying to make money and put finances before patients. I’ve been seeing a fantastic dentist for 8 years, and had to switch because I moved. I have minimal gum recession that we had been watching without any change for said 8 years. After 1.5 hours in a chair I was given a quote for >$1500 worth of periodontal dental work and when I said I wanted to wait a year for that work to be done I was told my visit was over. They said they couldn’t do a basic cleaning unless I did the work. They literally took the bib off my neck and told me my visit was over! I’ve never felt so cheated

Very professional group. I've only had good experiences with my visits as well as my husbands. I definitely recommend Dr Gill and all the staff. I personally work within a professional medical environment so I have very high standards. My expectations are met and take away with me a feeling of ease to know my family and I are getting the best dental care. Front desk is knowledgeable well dressed and genuinely friendly. I only have good things to say about this Group of professionals.
