The customer service was great, treated me well and with respect. But the vehicle service wasn't great. My engine began making a rattling noise due to it burning through oil quicker than usual. Instead of giving me the engine code to see what exactly the problem was, they told me that the entire engine would have to be replaced and quoted me anywhere from $3,300 to $5,500 depending on if I get a used or new engine.
Took the car to a different shop down the street (Auto Care Central) and they diagnosed my engine, gave me the engine code it was generating, explained that the timing needs to be replace

I went in for a alignment and came our worst than it was. Car was pulling slightly to left and after alignment, car pulls to the right hard. They told me I need new tires and I already have new tires on there. Really, what does that have to do with the pulling ! I will be going back so i get my money back. I will get it looked at by another shop and get the report back to then to tell them about their work.

I’ve been going to “J’s Alignment and Muffler” for years and will continue to do so. They’re prices are fair, their service is better then any mechanic shop in DFW. They stand behind their work and you can’t ask for better people. Joe, Jesse, Irma and All the mechanics have been Great to come to know over the years. I am so thankful to Nanno for recommending this shop to me. The normal shop I"use to" go-to for years way overcharged me on changing out my u joints on my truck. I lost numerous days of work due to the owner having his mechanic put in the wrong u joints in my truck. The driveshaft actually dropped down on my truck TWICE... As many times they were under my truck looking and working on it none of them noticed my transmission shifting off and bolts missing from the vibration due to the driveshaft not being correct. I was quoted $ 89 for a front end alignment...
Thought that’s a great price and they have great reviews. They never called me to tell me it would cost $85 to tighten up some lose front end parts WHAT! It cost more to tighten up front in parts then to do the actual alignment job. They were very nice and fast done within 2 hours. But not a good value.
