I have previously gone to America's for four years with several family cars for various reasons with really good rapport with the owner and his wife. After today's horrible service I will not be returning. I asked questions all pertaining to the radiator pressure check and a very rude man by the name of Jack kept repeating himself and getting defensive as if we were asking for extra services (which we were not!). We had an idea as to what the problem could be and he got even more defensive (though we ended up being right.). He then over charged us for the services rendered as if he was
