Took my car an hour before closing, I just needed to know what was wrong. The guy standing outside, no cars there , he’s smoking a cigarette and refused to even look under the hood because he says I needed to leave the car, mind you tomorrow is Sunday, I explained I just wanted to know what it was. He didn’t want to do anything because he was smoking. If you’re a female , please avoid this place. Very unprofessional and LAZY. Took it to another shop, they were closing as well but they still did their job and looked like I asked. It’s not hard to do your job.

I was so nervous to give this place a try based on the reviews of the previous company! I’m so glad I did because they did an excellent job with my car! The owner is very welcoming and friendly! I love his attitude and knowledge. And being a woman most car places try to get over on you but I didn’t get those vibes from this shop! Anything he told me I needed done he backed it up with information online and pictures! I’m very appreciative of the tow truck driver josh referring me to them! Its sad to say this but they would scam you. I should have read the reviews before heading there. They would not tell you what is wrong with your car but want you to pay for something that is not known. I barely write reviews but i would not want someone to go through what we went through. Think twice. Ask for what they are going to do step by step first (let them list in on the paper), document and when you go back ask them what was done to the car and double check. Decide before you leave your car.
