Spacious layouts and amazing amenities! We didn't expect the trash services or club house perks. The refreshments at the clubhouse and the gym are fantastic.

Plenty of convenient parking available when I visit. The clubhouse is a huge asset with lots of amenities. Love the fitness rooms and equipment as well. Apartment layout is very well designed and gets plenty of natural light. Also very conveniently located.

It's been my second year in our Apartment and it has been the best place I ever being. The interior is really nice and when you have issue, the maintenance always took care of it right away. Got great team working at the leasing office.

Omg!!! Love this place so much wouldn’t ever chose a place for my forever home. The community is amazing and the people running it are just as amazing, love it here always love the events that are being held. Such a friendly area with amazing school so close by. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Love living here.

My boyfriend and I have been living here since November 2020 and have had a pretty good experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they really make an effort to engage with their residents, often holding fun events and giveaways. It's a quiet area, affordable for the area, and I would recommend living here.

Accompanying my daughter to multiple apartment communities to find her first "home away from home" was proving to be daunting and disappointing; that is until we decided to check out the Reserve at Town Center in Sterling, VA. I was very pleased with the reception we received from Richard Cruz. He was extremely patient and thorough in answering questions about the community and gave a guided tour of all the amenities and model apartments. Ultimately, my daughter chose the Reserve at Town Center over all the others we toured in the area, and will be moving into a newly renovated apartment

Looking for my first apartment ever to move in, and I had the absolute pleasure in getting to meet Richard Cruz in the leasing office.
