The worst customer service ever! Pretty much robbed my brother of the $150 “Non Refundable” processing fee.. He was told to fill out the application and give them the check, then he was told he made too much money to live there when his income was right at 39k. Then a Spanish lady who works there told him if she were to see my other brother, who would’ve stayed with him for a few weeks during summer break from school, staying there that he would get evicted on the spot!! Not sure how the hiring process works there but if upper management sees this, please retrain your people!!!

I lived here from 2005-2010. My rent started at $800+ and when I moved out it was $1100. I loved my 2 bd/1.5 bathroom apartment. Never had a bug problem. Some maintenance issues but that’s to be expected with any apartment. The only thing I didn’t like was their income-restricted policy and shady rent hikes. What I mean is that I would sign a 12-month lease at a fixed rate. Then, 6 months later I received a notice stating the rent was going up and had to sign a new lease. That should be illegal. Why have tenants even sign a lease when you’re going to raise the rent whenever you feel like

The service is horrible. The leasing office(ashburn) behavior is rude, arrogant, disrespectful towards the residents. I hope the management pays attention to this and give them some training or at least teach them to be nice with residents.

The new woman at the leasing office is simply amazing. We saw her handing out popsicles and water to people at the pool because it was a dreadfully hot afternoon. Very kind and thoughtful of her to do that. She was at the pool briefly, yet she made time to pleasantly greet every single soul that was present, such an impressive behavior, we didn't catch her name, but we just want to thank her for making everyone feel at home. *Thank You*

Worst management ever. Dropped a letter telling me to re-certify 3 weeks before September and then telling me 3 weeks in advance of 60 of September. Never get anything fixed--not sure how they get the courage to increase the rent, def moving out for happier life.

When you have a maintenance issue they are very prompt on following through with your request to make your living experience as smooth as possible. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have always felt safe and everyone here is nice and always willing to help their neighbors. Grounds are well kept.

Juana, I feel your struggles, I truly wish for the best in your and your daughters future. I have Just 1 question. If as YOU say, claim the locks have never changed, why only blame the employee's when clear as day a previous tenant might also have a spare key and nefarious intent??

Maintenance has gradually declined I keep getting the same excuse as to why our AC won't work on these extremely HOT days even though we have not had a problem in the past summers of living here.....on top of maintenance entering as they please when I believe we signed something in the contract stating maintenance is not allowed in when no one is home.....on top of the new maintenance employees having no clue what they are doing.
