The ICON at DULLES is a wonderful community with some of the best amenities. I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy the basketball court, theatre room, pool, and gym, among other things. The maintenance team is professional and will accommodate all needs in a timely manner. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy. The location of the community is very close to the grocery store, pharmacy, home goods, and even the new subway system.

Moved here recently. Beautiful place, great neighborhood, place always maintained clean. And this morning they have breakfast on the go 🤩 little things like this lift spirits up. Thank you to the staffs, especially the guy in the basement parking giving to-go bags in the cold morning as we drove.

My Fiancé and I have been looking for our first apartment for a while now, the customer service wasn’t good, we felt so rushed and not cared for in different areas. Losing hope until we found this place (ICON). I just have to say If anyone is looking for a new apartment, Stephanie is your girl. She helped us from the start to finish and we can’t tell you how excited we are to move in. Great staff! Great customer service!

I moved here a year and I feel like I've been here forever.
Pros: Great community met so many friends; We do alot of activities/pet- sit/watch out for each other. The concierge is truly FANTASTIC! @MICHAEL and Anthony (the whole office is fantastic) are excellent and super attentive.
Con's :Thin walls.. you can EVERYTHING alarm clock, random noises (Let that sink in), perspective if you work from ..
Rent is going up and this Metro stops is still not open and hasn't worked in 3 years .
Towing companies ce inside the garage 🤔

ICON at Dulles is a fantastic place to live. The living amenities/utilities are all accounted for and the staff is the best in class for an apartment complex. Please please please ask for Robert Mahan as your leasing consultant if you are interested in living here. Robert is the most helpful consultant I've had the pleasure of talking with, and his assistance is the reason I chose ICON. He works tirelessly to answer all of your questions, even the most niche. He even triple checked to make sure my unit was in perfect to move in before I came. Robert is a shining example of the helpful concierge

Love it here!! We moved in October 2021 and so far it’s a hit. The staff is super helpful, the grounds and buildings are nice. Some people are complaining about the construction but this is a up and coming area and anyone that moves here should understand that. It’s not too noisy. The indoor court and two workout facilities sold me. The closet space, kitchen and bathrooms sold my wife.

We have been living here for over 8 months and quite happy with everything this property has to offer. Friendly staff and the amenities which include theater room, club room, fitness room, indoor play court, Cyber cafe with super fast internet are top notch. We do NOT have any complaints whatsoever. Maintenance is super awesome and the turnaround time is within 24hrs. Concierge service (24hrs) is extremely helpful to address any concerns during off hours. This property is safe to stay with families. One more advantage is that there is a Fairfax community park which is few steps away with play area
