I'm going to have to demote them to 1 star. Maybe it's the case manager you get, but I feel like - aren't we both are speaking English, right? Can you clear up your mistakes on my account without me having the repeat the issue multiple times on the phone and then reexplain it on email? What part of "you overcharged" is hard to understand??
I'm not sure where the high reviews come from since this outfit has been a headache from the start, at least for me. Is there another company out there with the same concept but better customer service with people that actually

I've had a fairly negative experience with HomeUnion. As an example, my investment property has been vacant for going on 6+ months. I followed exactly what HomeUnion has recommended.
I don't think their algorithms work well and the property hasn't performed anywhere near their systems projections. It's been a bit disappointing.
