My husband and I moved to Redmond in the summer of 2020 and we moved into these lovely apartments in August.

Over priced poorly constructed management is intrusive I pay roughly 1300 and have had to walk across complex to take my trash out for going on 5 months and cannot have a charcoal grill even though multiple other tenants such grills as well as being told I cannot park my vehicle backwards however the same rule is not enforced with other tenants management also explained that water was included in rent then 4 months later we received a separate water bill I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing at all times and is seems that she targets younger tenants and favors older ones bottom

If you're looking to move here, I would suggest that you don't consider it unless you don't mind being frustrated with the very poor service. The maintenance department is very bad. They only have one maintenance guy that lives in Eugene and needs to come from there every time there's a problem. They told me that the swimming pool would be ready in a few months 2 years ago, and it is still under construction (it's going to look more like a kids pool when it's ready BTW). The apartment complex manager is not very helpful. She may be nice before you move in, but won't help much after you are in the
