We were moving in from out of town and the management team at Bellevue Crossing was super helpful getting us all set up. The apartment feels very new, clean and modern and the property overall is great! We love having access to the dog run for our two greyhounds and the small gym facility on the property has been a nice little perk. Definitely glad we found this apartment here in Bend!

We lived here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it! The units feel super clean and modern and the location is great. Amy, Karl and the rest of the staff are super helpful and personable, they really know their tenants well! We really enjoyed our time at Bellevue Crossing and even during the end of our lease, Amy made the transition super easy and convenient for us during our move.

We had such a difficult time finding a home in Bend and the leasing team at Bellevue Crossing totally changed our leasing experience. Frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response from other property management companies in the area, Amy and Samantha made our decision to rent there easy with quick and thorough responses, genuine interest in helping us find the perfect home, and going the extra mile during each interaction. The property is absolutely gorgeous and well kept. We couldn't be happier with the location, level of service, and the staff. Thanks to the entire Bellevue Crossing team

We have lived here for over 2 and a half years now and will probably sign another 14 month lease since it's been such a wonderful experience. When we moved in it was brand new and under different management so naturally when new management arrived we were concerned. However, once new management arrived we started having BBQ parties hosted by the front office, more bag stations for dogs, and the most important addition of new management: Amy. Amy and her coworker is the reason that we stay here. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and I highly recommend living here because of her

We love living here. Amazing management “Amy and Sam are great”.. when we were looking for somewhere to live a year ago Amy really took care of us. We moved from a different state and they treated us like humans instead of a lot of property management company’s that just want your money. There is free beer in the office as long as it’s open and everyone who works here is very accommodating. We will always recommend people to live at Bellevue. Thank you Amy and Sam!!
