Too expensive, cheaply built, management can’t be bothered to do anything, maintenance is next to nothing useful, and you have to threaten legal action or go to corporate in order get any kind of response.
I regret moving here and I can’t wait to leave. They won’t let you leave your lease either, so they’d rather have a frustrated tenant telling everyone how bad it is.
This complex is no where near Bend quality or even close to what Northwest Crossing is about. Avoid it at all costs.

My boyfriend and I recently moved here in April to help care take for his mom who has dementia. It is time for us to put her into a home and he and I have been looking for rentals. We found the range and immediately fell in love. When we took the tour they were informative and helpful and since then we have had our names on the wait list to hopefully get an apartment. I’ve been working with Sara, who bless her heart, has been so great on being communicative and patient with me when I ask questions. She is very welcoming and sweet. I hope that it all works out. Filled out online application + contact request form but no word for 2 weeks. Every time I have tried to call it either simple rings until it hangs up or says it is busy. I would potentially move here but cannot get anyone to show me a place.
UPDATE: I was able to get ahold of the property manager and had a great experience. Clayton very clearly cares about the property and making sure all applicants find the property that is best for them. I greatly appreciated the personalized experience. While it took me physically going there in person to get this experience, I apparently came at a poor time

This brand new apartment complex is just lovely. The complex is next to Discovery Park in Northwest Crossing on Bend. The apartments are so beautifully designed that you don't mind the small size which just feels efficient. It is very animal friendly. In addition to the close proximity to a dog park, it also has a fun hot tub and community center. Our apartment had a view of the south Sister and I was sad to have to move. I highly recommend these apartments, you'll love the friendly atmosphere. Also, you'll love being within walking distance of the little town center of NWX, amazing restaurants

High end apartments ran by low end management. I scheduled an appointment to view these apartments. I drove two and a half hours to view them and no one was there except the maintenance person. There was no courtesy call to reschedule and I was shocked staff was not on site. Thankfully the maintenance person was kind enough to show me around a bit. I think he should get paid for doing two people’s job.
