Alloco Real Estate Management was founded on strong principles and values, and our family has owned and operated a residential real estate portfolio in the greater Rochester area since 1969. Alloco was started by my father, Ralph G. Alloco, during some of our countries worst economic times. He started working as a mason, a carpenter and a cab driver.

Alloco real estate is amazing! All of their properties are so well maintained and super clean! Every time I have an issue it is always resolved immediately. Every one that works there is super nice and professional. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!!

Their staff are attentive, they are responsive and always professional. I feel safe and well cared for in my apartment. I have been a tenant in my building for 12 years-that's saying something when you stay where you are for this long! I couldn't ask for better landlord with Joe and Jamie, and better maintenance staff with Keith and his team!

They make up thier own info to approve or deny you. My credit score is 50 points higher than the score they said they got from experian. After I called exsperian they said they never gave them them score soThen said they they have thier own system. I will be contacting and filing a complaint the NYS fair housing due to the process which they use to discriminate against certain people. Ill give them one chance to make it right.

Alloco Real Estate is hands down one of the best apartment management companies I have ever lived at. I live at Wood Creek apartments and love how spacious and updated my unit is. The staff are incredible- if you ever have an issue they are there too fix it immediately!!

The Chapel Hill building is historic and beautiful. The maintenance men are helpful, specifically Keith! However, SOUND TRAVELS AT THIS APARTMENT and the landlord does nothing but send warnings to handle this. I’d hear everything through the thin walls. Jamie takes WEEKS to get back via email. I’d end up having to call the office. There were other issues but my two biggest complaints are the poor management / communication from Alloco and noise.

I'm moving into Skyline Apartments over in Penfield at the end of this month. I've had such a great experience working with Keith and how accommodating and understanding he's been ESPECIALLY throughout this pandemic we're currently going through. He understands that life does not stop for anyone. It's great to reach out and have someone there who has such a positive and helpful attitude. I'm sure that going forward I will have one of the best experiences I could have living in this complex. 5 stars.

Great company to work with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They respond quickly to maintenance requests. A great value for the amenities the properties offer. Jamie is very prompt in answering any questions or concerns. The buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained. I highly recommend Alloco Properties!
