I am so glad that Mark and Gary contacted me. I've tried to sell my property for over 5 years with realtors and by myself and asked for what I bought it for even with the tens of thousands in improvements and still no luck. I faced foreclosure and financial hardship repeatedly because of bad tenants and upkeep cost until Mark saved me :). I am so grateful that he has the know how of how to manage the property until it will sell. Mark and Gary were absolutely amazing. I had a situation with a tenant and I needed out of the house asap; as I do not consider myself a landlord type. The tenant I had was everything in a bad nightmare. These guys took everything in to there own hands. Everything happened so fast and efficiently. From the late night phone call after I found them on google to the next day actually signing papers. It was surreal. These guys are the real deal. I was dealing with normal people and not just someone that just wanted to take advantage of a lady selling a house. I am very grateful for them. I recommend

I really enjoyed working with Mark, I had other offers that fell though, but Mark was very pleasant to work with. I had an odd situation with the selling but Mark was very understanding and we complete the deal. I would recommend him to anyone, looking to sell and get the job down without all the running around.

Mark and Gary have gone above and beyond to help us...we where in a very tough spot and needed to sell quick to move closer to our kids hospital...we didn't have the time or resources to fix the house up to realstate standards...they took all of the work out of it for us and our kids are now closer to the medical attention that they need...thank you for everything!!!
