Brian's vast knowledge of the Upstate NY region make him an ideal partner if you are looking to do business in the area. What separates him from the hoards of other generic brokers is his attentive responsiveness and his direct advice. If you want real advice, go to Brian. CAUTION: This real estate professional is everything but... I contacted Brian Donovan through LoopNet advertisement to see if he could tell me what my property is worth and how long it would take to sell it if I decided to go with him. He said he doesn't work for free and it will cost me...imagine a broker telling you to pay him upfront to tell you how much he thinks your property is worth and how long it would take to sell it? CAUTION: Brian sends emails stating "Your property probably won’t sell for 9 months regardless of what its priced at" this is NOT a broker you want working for you or
