I took in my audi for intake port carbon clean and transmission fluid changed. I was charged for the work. I had assumed it was completed. But I recently took off my intake manifold and the carbon clean was not completed at all!!! I was ripped off. The intake ports had so much carbon on them like 50k miles. Now I am wondering if my Transmissons fluid was changed as well

After a bad experience at a different shop I had them look at my trucks transmission. The first shop after shelling out 160 bucks to do a diagnostic could only tell me it was broke and needed to be replaced and that was it, didn't even say what was wrong. I figured a second opinion or atleast an answer to what was actually wrong was still needed for me. For way less then what the first shop cost these guys had it figured out in only a couple hours versus all day with the other company. And dont think this was a back woods place, the other company supposedly was a very highly ranked place and specializes

About 2 months ago I had issues with my 2007 Rav4 where it would not shift into overdrive. I brought it in and they where able to look at it the next day and get it fixed when the parts arrived a few days later. They where very nice and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When it was done they even let me know how much wear and tear they saw inside the Transmission when they had it open. I have been daily driving it for two months now and it has been working as good as new with no issues. If any family or friends needs transmission work this is where I'm going to recommend they go.

Many years back, I took my car in to have the transmission rebuilt. Andy, the owner is a great salesman and very smooth talker. He is all about image, tells you what you want to hear and makes everything sound great. About two weeks later, my transmission began leaking fluid. Come to find out, they damaged the flex plate, which helps the transmission turn. Of course, Andy lied and said he didn't know how the flex plate became bent, but it wasn't their fault. They did not warranty their work as promised, and I ended up paying about $1,000 on top of what I already spent in addition to a rental car

I’ve trusted my Acura maintenance, including a transmission rebuild a few years ago, to Ryan and Andy for a LONG time - they’ve been great to work with, and are excellent at communicating their diagnosis and repair options and costs ahead of time. As much as I’d like a new car, my 2009 is running great thanks to them, ha!

Took my car in for routine transmission flush. They were very professional and did a great job. I arrived at my appointment time and they took the car in within 5 min. and had it out within an hour. Running a transmission shop is not easy. This is a good group of guys. Stillwater is lucky to have this place.
