During the life of your vehicle, you should expect to replace the brake pads and rotors at least once. How frequently you'll need brake service depends on how often you drive, where you drive, and the quality of the brake parts installed. It's recommended you ask a service technician to check your brakes around the same time as a tire rotation - roughly every six months.

Brought my truck in for a repair. Then noticed a leak in the same area, so I thought it wasn't fixed correctly. I brought it back & spoke to Dave, the owner & he was quick to get to the bottom of the issue, which was unrelated & repaired it at no cost to me!! Now, that's customer service at its finest! Will continue to bring & recommend Central Automotive any day! Thanks Dave, you guys are great!

Not trustworthy and don't back their work. We had a timing pump kit installed on our Van for $780.00 and when they installed it they stripped a bolt in the lower hole on the water pump which caused the gasket to leak fluid. The van had a small leaks for quite some time after the pump was installed but we thought it was the radiator.A little over a year passed and the leak got really bad so I brought the van into two different shops to have the leak diagnosed. Both shops saidthat the leak was coming from the water pump gasket that mates to the engine (where they stripped out the bolt) I was advised

This picture speaks volumes. I specifically asked for the knock sensor wiring to be checked prior to repair (and I was willing and able to buy said wiring harness) - it wasn’t, and the check engine light & limp home mode were still in effect when I drove away. I already spent $271 + $140 for the sensor, and wasn’t about to come in again for “diagnostic service”. Should’ve been done right the first time! Thanks also for not offering even a partial refund.
