I have to edit my first review of this company because of my last visit. My first review was more positive, here's why it changed slightly. After spending $900 on tires I was told that an alignment couldn't be done because of loose tie rods and a bad wheel bearing. I took the car immediately to my mechanic who assured me that nothing was loose in the front end. The alignment was completed by him and the car is solid. I went to Tire Pros when I needed new tires and rims. I have since recommended them to several people and my husband just bought new tires from them in October. First experience with Tire Pros was decent as expected they did the same job to rotate my tires in 45 minutes. Second experience, I booked my appointment a week in advance for a time slot, told them I would have to wait at the location. Showed up 15 minutes early and waited over two hours after set appointment time for a simple tire rotation, watched as other customers were helped before me, when I brought it to their attention that I was still waiting they were “almost done” so I waited another hour for them to finish. They always do great work. Super busy this evening, but they still took the time to pull out a screw and patch a tire in addition to my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. We always choose them and will continue to do so.

I had the guys put on new tires which my truck desperately needed and then they helped me pick out new rims. I love the look! I also installed a power step. They were very professional and accommodated us with a loaner while the work was done. We live in Northern WI but drove to Hudson especially for Tire Pros because the these guys are the best! The guys at the Hudson store are guardian angels in disguise. While driving from Fargo North Dakota to Detroit Michigan, my Chevy Tahoe blew out a left front wheel bearing on interstate 94. I was able to park at the Hudson store at 3:00 am. When the shop opened Saturday morning, the guys were able to look at my car first thing. They gave me an estimate for repairs and arranged their schedule to get my car into the shop. They then let us use their loaner car so that we could get breakfast while they worked on the car. My brakes were completely shot. I was anxious to take my vehicle in to Tire Pros and get the brakes replaced including a complete brake fluid flush. I was impressed when two hours after dropping off my Jeep I got the call saying it was ready for pick up. What, already!!? They work fast and efficiently. The staff ate always friendly and willing to work with you on the repairs suggested. They provided me with a priority list of which repairs needed to be completed first and gave estimates of what they may cost. Thank you Tire Pros
