PEAK|45 boutique Lagree fitness studios are located in Park City and Salt Lake City, UT. PEAK|45 is a machine based workout unlike any other that challenges every inch of our body IMMEDIATELY with our signature 45-minute high intensity low impact routines led by an upbeat instructor in a small class setting.

As a mom of two with career, I had never heard of a Megaformer before, but after my first class I was hooked. As a news reporter, Peak45 has become a theraphy for me; an intense workout surrounded by awesome people with results. All teachers, employees and clients must wear PPE upon entry and where applicable (not N-95 or medical masks, which should be reserved for healthcare workers);.

PEAK|45 is here to give our clients the full-body results they have always wanted in a fun, safe, efficient and effective workout. We believe in working hard, and having fun while doing it. PEAK|45 was founded in 2017 by Kristen Kenney and SLPY. Kristen discovered the Lagree Megaformer Method when she lived in LA and attended her first class at Platinum Pilates.
Be prepared to hold exercises for a long slow burn with Kristen aka KK. Now a sideline reporter for the Utah Jazz, she craves this efficient 45 minute workout at least three times a week. A former NFL and NBA dancer, Lacy fell in love with the Lagree method immediately. Recognizing that Lagree is nourishing for the body and intensely effective, Lacy also loves the mental challenge Lagree requires.
All teachers, employees and clients must wear PPE upon entry and where applicable (not N-95 or medical masks, which should be reserved for healthcare workers);. All wipes / trash must be collected in a bag that is disposed of immediately after each session - no trash is to remain in the space;.

Deep cleaning is required after each session, disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, equipment and common areas of the facility using disinfectant cleaning supplies according to CDC guidelines;.Teachers have the option of using the mic with a mask. The mic will need to be properly disinfected after each session, or they do not need to use a mic but will need to turn the music volume down to accommodate;.

Each PEAK45 minute class is designed to keep you under tension for 45-minutes to achieve muscular fatigue, which results in strong lean muscles and core strength within days. You will activate muscle groups you never knew you had, and you'll have fun doing it!
There's no sugar coating it- Lagree Megaformer Pilates is challenging. Designed by celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree each session will burn 500-800 calories and constantly stretch your limits. We target your slow twitch muscles fibers which are scientifically proven to burn more fat. Going super slow with spring resistance keeps constant tension on your muscles to maximum exertion.

The instructor, Allison, made me feel very welcomed in the class. She is so knowledgeable and gives excellent cues. She is also encouraging and made this first timer feel capable.

Lagree is the best strength training cardio wrapped into one workout on the planet and the Peak45 instructors are excellent and make this workout fun!

Had the pleasure of getting to work out here on a quick trip to SLC from Denver. Amazing group of ladies and just great atmosphere! If I lived here I would 100% have a membership here. Lagree is hands down the best workout out there!

Very small , unprofessional place. Doors get lock and no staff on the first floor. You are such a small so you only get a room upstairs but at least spend some money getting people the right direction. You lose new customers like this. ... old and rude instructor. Who want to do pilate with those kind of lady. At least find someone persuasive. Only 5star comment online, think about it, how could this happen. If you are the new customer, they have yoga and cycle right beside them, much better, at least you get the right door.

Have been going to PEAK since moving to Salt Lake and it's one of the best workouts ever. The staff are really helpful for anyone who is new to Pilates and Lagree. I also love that the classes are only 45 mins and you get a killer workout in a short amount of time.

This place is beyond amazing in every single way! Let me tell you why!
1) Every single instructor is great. Seriously! At some gyms, I know which teachers are boring or I don't like. I can't say this about a single one at this gym!
2) What a great work out! I feel all the muscles I never use!
3) Everyone is so welcoming. I never feel judged if I have to modify or even take a break! I pretty much tell them I'm new every time because I'm not confinement in the names of the moves, and they always come to check in on me!
4) Their customer service is great. They are so responsive

Peak 45 is the perfect complement to running and the only weight training I do. It is consistently challenging and has given me strength I never thought I could have. The instructors are empowering, motivating, entertaining, and kind - all while kicking your butt. I love this place, these people, and this workout.

I can't even BEGIN to express my love for this place. I first started with their two week pass and I kid you not as soon as it ended I purchased their 6 month pass. Believe me, once that has ended, I will be doing their monthly unlimited pass. Not only are the teachers amazing, they are so supportive and nice despite how advanced you are. Each class is different even if they have similar moves and they target different parts but leave you feeling shaky and great. If I could post pictures of the difference that these classes have made physically, I would. I have never been a big lifting or "workout

I love the instructor Alison! She is so tough! She doesn't leave a single muscle group unattended. She absolutely pushes you to your physical limit while somehow managing to keep a smile on your face the whole time. She is kind, and very happy to help modify the routines if you have any physical limitations.

LOVE this studio!!!! I just moved to the area and was in search of a new Pilates studio. The biggest draw for me was being able to utilize both the SLC and Park City locations with membership. Brooke, Allison, & Joey are amazing instructors and SO nice. Coming from another studio in another state, I find them to be more highly trained and knowledgeable.

This place is crazy expensive but worth every penny. Sign up early as there are a limited number of machines, but I've never been so sore after a class. Great instruction, good music, not intimidating at all.

Love the instructors and the classes. Always challenging but more importantly very rewarding. In my early 30s I had chronic lower back pain. I was doing different workouts like P90X and Insanity etc. I started doing peak45 and after a few weeks my back pain went COMPLETELY away. My core has never been stronger and my body has never felt better.

For someone who never really worked out before this was the first exercise that kept me challenged and committed. The group setting since it's only 10 people max so instructors are able to help you with adjustments and pointers. Peak 45 also focuses on wellness as a low impact injury and the instructors are motivating. I always feel better leaving the studio #selfcare.

Do you want to feel your muscles quiver and have beads of sweat rolling down your body for a straight 45 minute workout? If you're like me and want to feel challenged, Peak 45 is definitely the place for you. I had never tried Lagree style Pilates before and my reformer experience was pretty limited prior to coming here, but the instructors are all really friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining how the machine works as well as making sure you're using the proper body form. After my ankle injury, I have been looking for low impact exercise that will kick my butt which is hard to find. Peak45 delivered that. I love that every time I go, it's difference combos. Lunges are killa though.

Having never done Pilates before, the class I did was very challenging, but it could scale to your experience and fitness level. Very sore afterwards, in all the right places. Definitely planning to come back again.

Hooray the megaformer is back in Utah! I've been a megaformer devotee for the last five years as I find it the most transformative non impact workout I've ever done. The lagree method (founded by Sebastian lagree) is the workout of choice for Meghan Markle, sofia Vargas, and there was a Michelle kwan citing at my home studio in New York.

Peak 45 is a 45 minute class on a machine that looks like a Pilates machine but more versatile. This studio uses the m3 (sorry Geaky technical stuff) but this is basically Pilates on crack. I took Tiffany two days in a row and her instruction and

If you are looking for a new workout you must give this a try! This is like Pilates x10!! They offer a $5 intro class and grip socks are required. They sell them for $12 in the studio if you don't have some.
I chose a 9am class, it lasts a full 45 min. It is recommended you arrive 15 min early to familiarize yourself with the equipment and stretch. They play high energy music but the movements are very slow and controlled. You will feel the burn after! I highly recommend checking this out!

WOW, this is unlike anything I have ever tried before. You pin point, ignite and push your muscles to the peak, get it. ;) Joey is AMAZING he has spunk, he is very kind, patient and knowledgeable while you are learning how to use and maneuver the machine. You can do anything for 45 minutes! Even kick your own butt. GET AFTER IT and try it out for sure!

I'm so excited that megaformer is back in SLC! Megaformer is unlike no other workout you've ever done. It's low impact but very high intensity. You move slowly but don't let that fool you--you're meant to go extremely slow and you will feel your muscles BURN!

It's an incredible all body workout but particularly for your core. I've never done another workout that so effectively hits all parts of your core.

The instructors are still a little new but I love their enthusiasm! They instruct well and have good music but would like if they could focus on adjusting
