Purchased a Sole F80 Treadmill. It is defective. Tried using Spirit [the service company] to get it fixed. Spirit had parts sent to my residence over two months ago. They are unable to find a repair service willing to accept the assignment in my area. Meanwhile I am left with a treadmill that does not work and two boxes of parts in my garage. This service is very poor. No stars for this outfit. Had to give one to post review. . .

I wish I could give them NO stars. I spent over a thousand dollars to get a spin bike; it arrived and doesn't work. NO ONE WILL RESPOND. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. I have phoned multiple times -- I have been put on hold for 20 minutes each time -- and then I am DISCONNECTED. As far as I can tell, this company is a sham -- they do not stand behind their product and refuse to even call you back after you've spent a grand on a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY. SCAM COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Purchased an elliptical and a bike from these guys. They not only explained in detail what I'd be getting but they made sure things were set up correctly for me as well. This was many years ago and these machines still work like new. JW and Tron seemed to be awful friendly with each other which made for a great environment.
