This community also has an affordable rental program. There are additional, required documents that must accompany the Rental Application when it is submitted for review. Here at Pondside They inspect your building before presenting it to you they make sure that all apartments are up to code and up to standards before renting them out to you if you moved here and you are at suddenly making complaints that things are damaged as most likely because you are the one that’s causing the problems. here because As for maintenance here there is only one maintenance here that works on site for him to be forced to do all of the apartments in the matter of time that you are requesting would be highly impossible for one person to do so given him some time is more than appreciated

Had a leak in my ceiling just before I was going on a trip. Called matinence and they told me they would fix it the day after I called them. I come back to my apartment and not only have they left my air conditioner running for a week, but my ceiling is now covered in trash bags, I have soggy dry wall pieces sitting in my pantry and my counter tops are covered in the waste of them removing sections of my ceiling. They did call me the day after they were in my apartment saying everything is taking care of, so that was nice.

Interior of apartment buildings regularly stink like cigarettes and weed. Complaints to management fall of deaf ears. We had no hot water for around two and a half months. Managements response was "we're going to fix it". I had a light switch broken in my bathroom when I first moved in which controlled the fan and light, it took maintenance three months to fix this. There's currently mold in my bedroom and bathroom growing. I've been cleaning it and contacted maintenance about it coming back, no response at all, it's probably in the walls. We love living at Pondside at Littleton. We got an incredible pond view from our apartment.
The maintenance staff is good and sincere. Our maintenance requests are usually resolved in two or three business days if they are not urgent.
Dominique at the management office is a sweetheart. She is an amazingly helpful person.
Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There are plenty of available parking spots. Rt 2 and 495 are literally minutes away, yet we don't get that much of highway noise. The Littleton commuter rail station is a 6 min drive. It's a pet friendly apartment and there is no additional

We've lived here for a few years now and are dying to get out. The building always smells like pot and cigarette smoke (even though there's "no smoking" on premise) and most of the people here are not the nicest. They steal your packages and make SO much noise. They start fights in the parking lot. Management is flaky and takes a long time to respond to requests. The apartment itself is OK, nothing special. There is ample closet space which is nice.
