I was impressed with Paddock Estates from apartment searches and their website, and from the first email inquiry to signing the lease, I was just in awe at the property, amenities, apartments, and community focus. But after searching many different places, going on many tours, we found we kept comparing our experiences to our interaction with Tyler at Paddock Estates. He really was the factor that made our decision so easy. He welcomed us in a kind, caring way, was thorough in his explanation of amenities, and drove us around the property - you could see how genuine he is and how much the community

Fantastic experience. The staff are extremely helpful and maintenance is prompt. The community itself is wonderful, and we never heard our neighbors. My partner and I work different shifts depending on the need, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to sleep anytime - day or night.
Overall, Paddock Estates was our favorite apartment experience and, had our jobs not taken us elsewhere, we would have stayed far longer.

Paddock Estates may look pretty, but the staff (not maintenance) are cruel, unpleasant, and uppity. They are exquisitely unfriendly and unhelpful. What’s more, they raise rent by about $100 annually, but do not explain where the additional money goes. The apartments themselves may look nice, but once you get past the first few buildings, the construction rate doubled in speed and it is noticeable. We paid $1,800/month for a one bedroom apartment with cracks in the ceilings and all over the walls because the construction was done poorly and when it got cold the drywall cracked everywhere. This

Literally the best community with the most amazing staff and residents. Everyone is fun and works together to make this a place worth living. The resident run community garden brings many people together that normally would never have found things in common. The central green, dog park, walking trails, and horse pastures bring residents together to create meet ups for games, walking, trail running and biking. There are resident events with Ice cream, movies, snack and so much more! If you have not thought of moving to Boxborough, this would be the #1 reason to reconsider and come join our Beautiful

We recently moved in, and Tyler at the office was very helpful throughout the process. One major selling point was the fenced dog park, and our dog is loving the extra off leash time we couldn't get at our last apartment. Nightly trash service is another huge bonus. We can't wait to try other amenities too. Grounds are nicely kept.

The office staff has been amazing. They are professional and polite and seem to really care about making living here a great experience. I love the dog park, the pool and gym. As a professional dog trainer, the staff has been supportive in allowing me to work with people and their dogs on site. A+ experience!!!

We're empty nesters that just moved here after selling our big home. We love it here! Everything is new and clean. I love the well appointed gym, the clubhouse with fireplace, pool table, big TV and bar , and good grills for BBQ-ing. The maintenence staff responded quickly to small new-construction fixes required. And there's great access to town land for hiking/dog walking. Super happy with our decision!
