I sent application to leasing agent 1 hr after doing virtual tour of the apartment and i emailed the agent i'll deposit the check in 24 hrs as bank is close now. After few hrs leasing agent called me and said management increased the rent by $50. I had quotation from them which was valid for 48hrs. When i argued about quotation, leasing agent told me that management decided to take apartment off market. Can't stand on their own words. Definitely not to rent apartment there any more and will not refer to colleague at Insulet Coporation

This place was good for awhile. This place is slowly going back downhill. The management is nice and friendly so don’t get me wrong but there is trash all outside of some of the buildings, there was dog dropping in the kids playground and my apartment has smelled like poo ( something having to do with the maintenance closet drain outside on the balcony). It still has not been fixed. Like I said, the management is friendly and nice but if you’re a paying resident, things like a unit Smelling like poo through all the vents should be taken care of right away. Still not fixed yet. I have been living at Village Green since the first building was completed in 2015. Once the property was finished, I was thrilled with the layout, neighborhood, and landscaping. Compared with the other options in the Metrowest area, Village Green is significantly better than the other options I saw both the outside and inside the apartments. The apartments were all built in 2015 so they are much newer than others and have real granite countertops, real wood cabinets, nice molding trim around doors/windows/baseboards, and new appliances. Jeff and Jennifer were amazing. My handicapped mother was extremely nervous about moving into an apartment. They spent the time to build a relationship with her and helped her to be comfortable. They have been extremely helpful with everything. Couldn't be happier with our choice to live at Village green.

We miss the old management company. Katie, Antoinette & Ed were both very professional & the best to deal with. We have lived here since the beginning & found Ed in maintenance to be very responsive & the girls in the office were always pleasant & easy to deal with. our Lease expires in two months & we will not be renewing..

Upscale living in a warm & friendly corner in the Northwest suburb of Boston! It is close to the major highways, The Point, and other shopping. Jeff and Jennifer at the office are gregarious and efficient. Apartments are bright and airy with good sound proofing. The 2BR/2BA that we rent is spacious and well maintained. Maintenance responds very quickly to your online / phone requests.
