Living here was average. Had some issues here and there with getting things fixed. The main reason for the lower rating was all the trouble we have had moving out. This place made it a PAIN for myself and my wife to move out.

Jean and Irby Management made our experience living here a blessing! We had moved here in February and have been treated with such kindness. We had to move out today due to having to relocate quickly due to my FIL’s health. Jean made the move out process quick and painless, even having to break the lease early. I HIGHLY recommend Irby Management and Copper Creek Apartments. They are well maintained and high quality.

Absolutely love living here! The only thing that would make it better is if we had a pool or more equipment in the fitness room like a treadmill ☺️

There is not adequate parking. one of our cars was towed because my daughter forgot to switch the parking tag to my car. I am disabled and unable to walk to where the additional parking is. On the way back from taking her to pick up the car I got lost as I am not familiar with the area where the car was taken. I pulled over and passed out in… my car...was rushed to hospital with heat stroke. I was discharged on Monday evening. The office does not take packages and you cannot mail from here. I don't know what the staff does...apparently nothing.

I lived at Copper Creek when it was brand new! The ceramic tile floors throughout were incredible! It was by far my favorite apartment I've ever lived in (and I've lived in several!). These units feel like a true home. Has so much space and the grounds were super well kept. I miss living there!!

The following message has been written to the best of my ability, without bias.
Upon moving into Copper Creek Townhouse In April of last year, I was set to have a positive experience with my first apartment. I'd heard nothing but good things about the place. I was even told it was a quiet neighborhood with many older individuals and no party-throwers/college kids/etc. Apparently I did not speak with the appropriate people about this choice--they were wrong. Both of my neighbors were in college and very, very noisy. (Keep in mind, all of the things I will list here are not all inclusive and are
