They will try to scam you out of money and will never actually fix anything in the apartment unless it's with double sided tape or duck tape. It doesn't matter if your hot water heater is leaking, ice machine breaks, or your whole apartment floods from rain. They make up rules and claim company policy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Don't be fooled. You can have good credit, your own place never been evicted and still be turned down because of a co-signor. This is the only place I know that requires a co-signor even with good credit. Even if you are over the age of 21. To me, the decision of who stays at Autumn Pointe has nothing to do with the applicants personal financial standing but management's personal assumptions of the individual that submits an application.

I lived here for four years, and I had a very pleasant experience. At first, there was high property manager turnover, but the current manager, Tracy Andrews, is wonderful. She is very nice and always willing to help with any issues or questions. They communicate community information effectively and in a timely manner. For the geographical area and square footage, you will not find a better deal or a more comfortable apartment/complex. Highly recommended.
