I’ve lived here over 4 years now. The apartments are small if you have more than one person living there, but over all great for the price of rent. The location is wonderful. No loud traffic or loud neighbors. Robbie is extremely kind and understanding and does his best to take care of his tenants. There are some grumpy older neighbors but for the most part you’re left alone with no issues and most neighbors you can trust to not touch your stuff or to help you in times of need. Every time I’ve had a need or concern Robbie or his mom have both been very prompt and helpful. I’m so thankful
