Spoke with Suzanne and she politely told me her firm could not help me with a tax problem because I was "not referred by an existing client". It must be nice to be able to run a business and be independent enough to simply turn business away and "not take on new clients". I think they have a he'll of a nerve to call themselves "Tax Aid Associates". I suppose it's like the old adage "It's not what you know, it's WHO you know". All I wanted was help and got turned down flat. If you want help with your taxes, do yourself a favor and call someone else....unless of course you are a member of the 'Club
