Transfer my car insurance over to my name today, and I worked with Cierra. She really helped me out and helped me to keep the costs down as I am on disability. She I was able to get full car full coverage, renters insurance, and car rental. It was all about the same cost as what was being paid before. I had to change insurance agencies for various reasons. I found Cheryl Estep's State Farm Insurance Agency close to my home and after a few phone conversations, decided this was the insurance agency I needed for my auto and house policies. I was shopping around for earthquake insurance due to my existing policy going up due to my recent house remodel. Cheryl reached right away to get more specific. Ana Bertha was amazing from the moment I called to the moment my door was fixed. Something was flung in the air on the freeway and flew right onto my driver door, I thought to myself, “oh great here comes a major bill.” Little did I know that it was a comprehensive claim because I had no control over what happened. She made sure I was taken care of at the body shop and at car rental. Totally made the experience hassle free.
